Advent Luncheon

All women of Westminster are invited to the annual Advent Luncheon on Sunday, December 7.  The luncheon will be held in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the 11:15a  worship service.  The speaker will be Westminster's very own Mary Kathleen Duncan.  Lunch, catered by Chef Cary Wolfe, will include a festive winter salad (local lettuces, pomegranate seeds, marinated feta, pistachio, shaved apple, brown butter saltines, and white balsamic vinaigrette), pecan crusted chicken breast with cider-honey-Dijon glaze, rosemary roasted potatoes, garlic green beans, roasted winter squash, red kale, and chocolate-swirl cheese cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.  A vegetarian option (roasted winter squash with red kale over wild rice pilaf with grilled flatbread) is available.  The cost is $15 per person.
